Job Title: Product Software Engineer
Department: Product Development
Reports to: Manager, Product Development
Location: Boston
The Product Software Engineer works on project tasks, design specifications, development of standard routines and utility programs, resolution of software compatibility and interface problems and analysis of the system's architecture.
Position Responsibilities:
- Designs, modifies, develops, writes and implements software programming applications.
- Participates in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing and certification of software.
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
- Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Performs a variety of tasks.
- Supports other functions in the company.
- Works under general supervision.
- A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
Education Minimum: BA, BS or equivalent.
Required Skills and Experience: 3 – 8 years of related experience
