2009 PHT highlights included:
400th Trial Milestone – During 2009, PHT signed its 400th trial, a milestone for the ePRO industry. Throughout the year, PHT was awarded studies across a wide variety of therapeutic areas including CNS, cardiovascular, endocrinology, pain, respiratory, osteoarthritis, infectious disease and genitourinary. Leading global pharmaceutical companies continued to award PHT preferred ePRO provider status.
ISO 9001:2000 Recertification – TUV Rheinland of North America recertified PHT as compliant with the ISO 9001:2008 standard. PHT is the only handheld ePRO provider to achieve ISO 9001:2008 certification and has maintained the world-class standard.
Corporate Executive Achievements – PHT’s General Manager of Europe Valdo Arnera, MD won the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award at the 2009 Clinical Research Excellence Awards for his life long commitment to using science to develop new medical solutions. PHT promoted long-time company executives Dwight Cooper to Vice President of Client Services and Nick Randazzo to Vice President of Sales. Diana “Dee” Pearson re-joined the company as Director of Global Partnerships.
