ICON has been a partner of PHT since 2008. The relationship enables ICON to offer PHT’s LogPad® electronic patient diary solution and its mobile site-based data capture product, the SitePad™ Tablet, to its clients. At the same time PHT clients have access to ICON’s Lifecycle Science group’s significant experience in both the design and implementation of Patient Reported Outcomes (PRO) research and ICON’s Interactive Technologies electronic Patient Reported Outcomes (ePRO) utilising ICOPhone™ which is comprised of IVR (Interactive Voice Response) and IWR (Interactive Web Response) technology. In addition, clients are able to integrate data from ICON’s IVR/IWR system with PHT’s handheld solutions in real time in order to create a more efficient flow of information through one system.
